Sack Isa Pantami Now - Concerned Nigerians Ask Buhari

The Civil Rights movement group on Thursday, April 15 in a post on its verified Twitter account, called on the Nigerian President to relief Pantami of his position due to recent revelations about the minister which it described as frightening.

The  Concerned Nigerians has asked President Muhammadu Buhari to sack Dr Isa Aliyu Pantami whom he appointed as the nation’s Minister of communications and digital economy.

Naija News had reported earlier that Pantami once said he feels happy when ever people he considered infidels are being killed.

The Nigerian Minister said this in a three audio recordings of his teachings in the 2000s, when he reacted to deadly operations of the then Al Qaeda and Taliban elements who were on a campaign to obliterate the West and conquer other parts of the world.

Again a video clip emerged on social media showing Isa Pantami vowing never to take up any public appointments.

The Minister who has been in the news recently over his controversial views on terrorism and the killing of ‘infidels’ was caught in the video shared by PeoplesGazette, expressing his utter rejection of public service.
