Hearth Display is a wall-mounted touchscreen calendar designed to bring families together by “eliminating the friction and pain points” around day-to-day planning, says company co-founder Susie Harrison. The device offers individual profiles for each household member (with kid-friendly templates) to take ownership of their responsibilities, whether it be doing homework or taking out the trash.

Italian luxury fashion brand Prada has got the internet buzzing with it's latest design.
The canaries went first. policemen in protective suits, ridiculous-looking things with gas detectors hanging out in front, bore the cages before them as they made their way grimly through the country road in the Mount Fuji foothills toward what looked to be a factory compound. It was 7 a.m. There were more than a thousand police; those who didn’t wear protective suits watched the canaries closely. If the compound doors opened and the birds died, they would flee for their lives.
The Federal Government announced on Friday that the 2023 June 12 Democracy Day celebration would be relatively subdued.
This news was delivered during a press conference by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Senator George Akume.
He explained that the understated celebration is a result of the recently held presidential inauguration on May 29, which saw grand festivities.
Akume detailed the schedule, “The activities lined up for celebration are a press briefing and the president’s address to the nation at 7 am on Monday.
