President Muhammadu Buhari has reacted to the death of Kano politician and former Presidential candidate, Alhaji Bashir Tofa.
The President in a statement on Monday said the late Tofa was not afraid to speak the truth at all times and was committed to public enlightenment.

Reacting in a statement by his senior special assistant on media and publicity, Mallam Garba Shehu, the President described the late Kano politician as a true nationalist that would be difficult to replace.
