Deputy President William Ruto has said he has never needed to ask for permission from anyone to travel outside the country for the nine years that he has been the second-in-command.
Ruto's sentiments came at the back of a recent injunction that barred him from travelling to Uganda after immigration officials failed to give him clearance at Wilson Airport.
Speaking on Inooro FM on Wednesday, August 4, the deputy president said blocking his trip was unnecessary adding the move was intended to push him to bicker with some individuals in government.
